Pruufe LLC (“Pruufe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Pruufe platform, including pruufe.com, app.pruufe.com, and related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Pruufe provides business operations, customer engagement, workflow automation, reporting, analytics, artificial intelligence-assisted tools, and software services for businesses.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, disclose, and protect information when you use our Platform.

We do not store third-party passwords unless explicitly provided by the customer for a supported integration.

Communications Data

If you use communications features within the Platform, we may process:

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before use.

No AI Training

Pruufe does not use customer data obtained through third-party integrations, including API-derived data, to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models.

Pruufe does not use customer data to develop generalized AI models.

5. Third-Party Integrations and API-Derived Data

The Platform may connect to third-party systems at the direction of customers.

API-derived data is used solely to provide customer-authorized services within the Platform. Such services may include:

  • Reporting
  • Analytics
  • Workflow automation
  • Customer engagement tools
  • Business insights
  • Communications

Pruufe does not use API-derived customer data for:

  • AI model training
  • AI fine-tuning
  • Benchmarking products
  • Sale to third parties

MINDBODY, Google, and other integrated platforms remain the systems of record for their respective services.

6. Google API Services and Gmail Data

Pruufe may utilize Google OAuth 2.0 and Google APIs to provide customer-authorized functionality.

When you connect a Google account:

  • We request only the permissions necessary for the authorized functionality.
  • OAuth credentials are stored securely.
  • We do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes.
  • We do not use Gmail data to train AI models.
  • We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to provide customer-authorized functionality.

Pruufe's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or within the Platform.

7. Service Providers and Subprocessors

We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate the Platform. Current providers may include:

  • Vercel (application hosting)
  • Supabase (database and authentication)
  • Anthropic (AI processing)
  • OpenAI (AI processing, where applicable)
  • Google Workspace APIs
  • Telnyx (communications services)
  • n8n (workflow automation)

These providers process information solely to provide services to Pruufe and our customers.

We may change providers from time to time as our business evolves.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Security measures may include:

  • Encryption in transit
  • Encryption of sensitive credentials
  • Access controls
  • Role-based permissions
  • Audit logging
  • Monitoring systems
  • Authentication controls

No security system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Segregation

Pruufe utilizes tenant-based access controls designed to separate customer environments and business data.

Access to customer information is restricted based on account permissions and authorized roles.

Internal access is limited to personnel who require access for support, security, operational, or legal purposes.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services
  • Maintain account functionality

  • Protect Platform security

Customers may request deletion of their data by contacting us.

Unless legally required otherwise, we will delete or anonymize customer data within a reasonable period following a valid deletion request.
